We are about 60 days into the Paleo challenge…HOW IS EVERYONE FEELING?! I can tell who’s sticking with it by the size of their abs (cough, Charles, cough). Post to comments your thoughts.

Hey Kelly, Morning workout is a bear if you choose to lift heavy weight on that “clean to overhead” monstrosity. I only went about 70% of RX weight and the workout was hard. Kenneth and I finished in about 12 minutes – so it’s not long – and there is a nice 400m run thrown in there so you can get some rest during the workout.

yeah man, this morning was great. great combo of running + clean to overhead (…didn’t realize that included a squat, though) + GHDs … i don’t recall every really catching my breath. sam was great. i followed him the whole time. i didn’t do RX either (no surprise), but i’m trying to increase my weight. form first, though … that’s my motto.
morning runs are nice.
there’s a pic of chaz doing a deadlift (i think) … looks totally awesome.
i like my pics on the death … i mean, rowing … machine. there are so many of them i could make a flip book.
