WOD:
Deadlift 8-8-8
-Rest 3 min. between rounds, increase weight each set
Then,
50 pull-ups, 50 burpees. Boom.

I just noticed this….Jeremy looks like he just tried to tackle Charles and is in the process of attempting to break his neck…hilarious.
I think that was actually a sleeper hold!
Just for the record immediately after this picture, Jonathon had me set him down so that HE could rest. I thought about carrying him to the intersection so he could get dominated by a truck.

I hear good things. I also hear that they can be a bit wide too.
Everyone great workout tonight. Deadlifts are doing much, much better. Was able to do 165-185-225. Set a new one rep max of 265.
Need to do some more work on the Pull-ups. WOD just shy of 10 min. Did 35 pull-ups+15 ring rows then burpees.
