    OK, I had to do this WOD from a gym in San Angelo. After driving 400 miles and having 5 meeting with clients, I was exhausted but I needed to do this WOD. I tried to move the weights/stations closer together but it was difficult in this gym. I replaced the wall balls with squat tuck jumps. I don’t think I went deep enough on some of my snatches. I need to work on this move a little more. Wish I would have been with you guys to do this one today.

    Lee – Missed you bud. Nice work since it sounds like you did squat snatches. We did power snatch. Good time either way.

    Charles – Yep. Diego is a pitbull.

    I’m done for the week. Tulsa bound…. not dnf or die. ha. I hope to rep GVCF like a champ. See you all next week.
