I wasnt sure how I felt on the 30g per meal either but I was definately behind the eat more protein premise.

I have always supported the: “Lies, damned lies, and statistics” is a phrase describing the persuasive power of numbers, particularly the use of statistics to bolster weak arguments, and the tendency of people to disparage statistics that do not support their positions.

Thats exactly why you gotta love the Internet.

Actually, I have never thought about the 30g per meal absorption… I’m still getting accustomed to this no dairy, no grain lifestyle. Can’t complain about the results! It’s been a long time since I had been accused of spray painting abs on my stomach.
