Spartan Race sounds cool….but spray on abs….come on. Who all entered the Warrior Dash? I was too late to sign up for the Saturday heats.

They now have Sunday heats! Luis and I are running at 5 pm, on Saturday I think. Don’t hate on the spray-on abs. Not all of us have “real” abs, Tony!

Why is everyone hating the spray on abs. I highly endorse the product. Not recommended for swimming or the shower!

Thank you for allowing me to drop-in and workout with CF Grapvine team this week. I appreciate your instruction and patience (especially last night with the depletion of your first-aid supplies). Truly great to be part of the Cross Fit community and know that you are welcomed anywhere in the country, the world. You have great energy and great people.
