Team WOD: What happened to my forearms???
250 pullups/static hold deadlift, 155M, 115W
1 mile run
In a team of 2, complete 250 pull-ups. One team member will hold a deadlift at the top of the lift while the other member works. The member doing the pullups can only work while the bar is off the ground. Team members can switch accordingly. Weight for Men is 155, weight for women is 115. When all work is completed, the 2 man team will complete a 1 mile run together.

Hands hurt and burn and forearms are fried…..static hold hurt the worst
21:25 200 pullups without band, yeah!!!!!! and then most with blue band and since our team was man/women we used 135# Awesome workout everyone-great to be your partner Kenneth.
Great mile run…felt good even though it was FREEZING OUT!!!!!!!
