I think the gauntlet has just been thrown down. I wouldn’t doubt if this kid becomes some sort of gymnastics wizard along the way. Pretty amazing. Although, he does weigh like 50 lbs….

and I think it is funny that he really beat me in the run every single time

What a great time! My sixth straight day to workout, and I was dead! Managed to get through Helen with Jake, Erica, and Kennith – no problem. The last run was tough, but all the KB swings were unbroken, and the pull-ups were butt lickin’ good! LOL!

Did the first 5 kipping pull-up of each round unassisted (B doesn’t allow using a band ), then moved to ring rows. Beautiful day, good food, good friends, and very good beer!

Had a blast ya’ll – Happy Halloween!

Hey I was looking around and would like to see what the GCF current member count is??? I love way the classes are growing and how the community inside our gym is growing too.

By a quick count we are floating right around 20 peeps. Wouldn’t trade any of them! We have a pretty solid community growing and I can only hope that we get more of the same. The members are what make who we are! Thank you to everyone!
