PR 22 pull ups old pr was 15
I was very happy with my pull ups and my cleans Brandon told me I was looking a lot better that is great to hear
Tomorrow will be my 30th workout at GCF I have made a lot of PRs in 3 months
and I will get my muscle up soon
great work Colleen on the cleans and great to work with you on the muscle ups too
Ben is a beast
Bevin kills it once again and all I have to say is WOW on your pull ups 15 great job
