11:32 for me. 35# KBs and RR. Gosh, I can’t wait until I can start typing “as prescribed!!” PU always get the best of me. Bevin, you are right. I just need to start working on them every day. Brandon, I haven’t done my homework at all this week because of my leg. It’s still pretty tight when I run. Hope I don’t disappoint you on Saturday. Happy to meet all the new members of Grapevine Crossfit. It was a pleasure working out with you guys!!
