I was up last night with baby girl till 3 and was dead tired when the alarm went off.
I shall make up for it
going to do it a home a post time later this afternoon

Brandon was right, the burpees got me. Missed you this morning Joey. Hope your little girl gets to feeling better. Great sweat and start to the day on this one. Thanks Bevin, Deb and Colleen for pushing me. It’s great to work out with all of you finally. I gotta work on the timing with my double unders. Haven’t done those since high school.

Good pesto omelette recipe from this morning:

4 eggs
1/4 diced onions
2 cups raw spinach
1/4 lb diced turkey deli meat (ask the the deli to see the ingredients on from the turkey; make sure there are minimal ingredients and especially no nitrates, nitrites or sulfites, etc.)
1 tbsp EVOO

Saute onions and spinach until onions are tender and spinach is almost cooked. Add diced turkey for last couple of minutes to warm it up. Add eggs, double over eggs to make a half moon. Flip to other side and there’s your omelette.

Pesto sauce:

1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 garlic cloves
1/8 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in a small food processor and mix. If you like it runnier, add more olive oil. You want it thicker, add more basil.

The key here is a good omellete skillet, fresh organic basil and a good food processor. This recipe is Paleo friendly. And it’s quite tasty, if you like pesto sauce. It may not sound good or look good but trust me, it is good. Have a great weekend everyone!

-It’s like I always say…Sometimes life gets in the way of the things that you want to do. You accept it and move on and gear up for the next one.

What is so ridiculous is I did 33 (age) burbies not for time as a punishment
I did 30 push ups for time 28 sec 40 squats for time 41 sec 50 situps for time 1:33 (30sec rest after each)
I was looking forward to this workout cause my core needs the most work, and sit ups are tough for me
I am not going to make tonight most likely going to rest and recover and hit the 9am sat

Missed you Joey this am, haven’t seen you in awhile. And I will add on to Bevin, with that excuse, you are not a loser.

Yes, per usual those doubleunders SUCK!! And Colleen, I will try them again…maybe, but can’t do them..LOL, and those burpees were tough. 16:50
Have a marriage seminar this weekend at church-they are marvelous with Jimmy Evans-looking forward to it so I will miss everyone tomorrow. See you 5:30 am Monday.
